My Story

Amanda has an Associate in Arts degree from Fond Du Lac Tribal and Community College, as well as a minor in Nursing from Pine Technical College. She has been part of the Healing Grace family since 2023 and is based out of Sauk Centre, MN

​

She spent 8 years as a Paraprofessional working in Special Education and level 3&4 school settings, 6 years working in High Behavioral Mental Health group homes, and 3 years in managerial roles. 

​

After several years of working with individuals with a wide variety of both mental health diagnoses and physical disabilities, she strives to ensure that treatment programs are tailored and centered around each individual person and their needs. 

​

Amanda is passionate about working with individuals who may be struggling with chemical dependency - that passion comes from watching her own father struggle with alcohol addiction until the day he passed, and losing her nephew to a heroin overdose in 2019. 

​

When Amanda isn't working, you will likely find her with her children & fur babies. She loves to be outdoors. Whether it is hiking, running, or camping. She also loves to read, paint, and craft.
